Kitchen cabinets needed to be trimmed for new stove to fit and changing bifold closet door to sliding doors needed to be installed. Everything completed smoothly and perfectly on the day I called and requested service. From my initial call to completion was 10 star experience! Polite, professional, and kind! Artem arrived promptly on his scheduled time to clean our gutters. Our gutters were overflowing with leaves and pine straw because the gutters had not been cleaned in a long time. Artem went straight to work and did an outstanding job on our gutters. I have used Ace Handyman Services Greater Triangle and Johnston County previously for other handyman needs of the typical homeowner and will use them again. I have them on speed dial and you should too!

The contract was for power washing the house and drive way. The worker “ Brandon” was a very nice person he tried his best with the equipment he was given for doing the job. For cleaning a drive way, a special surface cleaner is required, but he has a wand. I called the office and complained about sending the worker without the right equipment. The person on the phone said that she was not aware that the job needs a surface washer!! She said “I will talk to the owner and get back to you”, she never did. Brandon worked all day using the small wand but the drive was not done. The next day one of the owners called and we agreed to send Brandon for about 2 hours to finish the drive way as best as he can, and I agreed to forgo the house cleaning and pay the price quoted in the contract. Brandon came the next day and brought a surface washer and worked hard for two hours, thank you Brandon for your hard work. The job was not done satisfactorily as you can see from the picture and the house was not power washed. But, I am glad I don’t have to deal with this for now. I will finish the job on my own. In conclusion, I will never use this company again for power washing.

I own a rental property in Raleigh that was in need of a facelift (paint, a few new light fixtures, a new faucet, and a few shelves hung). Dan and his coworker were the perfect guys to do it. They were honest, prompt, had great prices, and most importantly did amazing work! Everything they did looks great and they were very pleasant to work with.
